- Excellent insulating properties at high temperatures: With a voltage breakdown resistance of 15KV/mm within an operating ambient temperature range of 500-1000℃.
- Good tensile property: Can be easily processed into various shapes without layer separation.
- Excellent environmental protection performance: Asbestos-free product with minimal smoke and odors, and can even be smokeless and odorless during heating.
- Outstanding resistance to acids, alkalis, and oils.

 

Availability of Mica Plate:
- Thickness: Ranging from 0.1mm to 100mm
- Length × Width: 1000×600mm, 1000×1200mm, 1000×2400mm
Note: Products with a thickness less than 2.0mm can be formed by stamping, while those larger than 2.0mm require processes such as turning, milling, and drilling.

 

Flexible Mica Plate (S1 and S2):
